The only way to learn Feng Shui properly is through the right Master, and not from books. The knowledge and skill taught in the Elementary and Intermediate course is far more valuable than those contained in any Feng Shui books and other courses that I have attended.

Thank you for encouraging me to attend your Feng Shui Elementary course in Port Dickson in November. I was initially reluctant to attend as I thought it was a course for Feng Shui practitioners. However, I found this course extremely relevant even to lay persons like me who am only interested to use Feng Shui to improve various aspects of my own life. Your course was very easy to follow but at the same time gave much in-depth knowledge and a deeper understanding from what we normally get from reading Feng Shui books.

I have consulted a few Feng Shui masters previously for my house and office. However, after attending your course, I have a much better understanding of the remedies these Feng Shui masters gave for my premises. I am now sought after by my friends to give them my ‘2 cents’ (although I am only doing this as a favour to help my friends, GM Yap says we must ask for a token payback) worth of Feng Shui reading although I am quick to remind them that I have yet to attend intermediate course. I have also recommended that they attend the course to learn for themselves also if they have an interest in this field.

This is a genuine classical Feng Shui course. At the elementary practitioner course level, it already reveals vast amount of information. We were taught the secrets of precision tapping of auspicious Qi. In particular case, these are 24 directions to choose from, not only just 8 and this is done without demolishing or costly renovating, without transforming a house to a “bazaar” with all sort of objects and pendants. The course book is very helpful. At the end of this journey, one may already apply Ba Zhai confidently, to enhance our luck.
Non-speaking Chinese people particularly in the West have no access to classic Feng Shui because of language barrier. Thanks to the YCH Academy, we are now able to learn this famous ancient science without having learnt Chinese.
My sincere gratitude to the Yap Cheng Hai family.

The workbook is simple and in logical sequence. Paired with class discussion, the sessions gave solid grounding on the fundamentals. This is a good program, answering the “why” of Feng Shui providing background to the theory and derivation of the formulae. We were taught great flexibility of application without straying from true feng shui principles.
Both the Elementary and Intermediate Feng Shui retreats are recommended for those who would like a firm grounding on fundamentals. This makes the courses intense.

The Yap Cheng Hai Academy continues teaching in the tradition of Classical Feng Shui, teaching formulae and secrets that are not widely known or used by more modern masters.
